  • Performs highly responsible and professional secretarial and administrative services for two executives within our Tax Professional business
  • Support day to day administrative tasks for the two executives to enhance the efficiency of the business
  • Schedule calendar appointments (Outlook), meetings and travel itineraries
  • Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare expense reports and assist with meeting agendas
  • Plan and Coordinate team events, enterprise meetings and other special events
  • May need to assist with the planning and coordination of local Ann Arbor events and meetings
  • 5+ years experience supporting at the Executive leadership level in a large corporate environment
  • 5+ years advanced level experience in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
  • Experience organizing global & domestic in-person and virtual meetings and team events with strong project coordination skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience supporting global organizations
